After spending countless hours reading review after review on Namale Resort and Spa, not only were my husband and I convinced that this was the vacation place for us, but we were slightly convinced we had also set our expectations astronomically too high. Unbelievably, we hadn’t! After returning home and exhausting ourselves with trying to convey our incredible experience with others, we’ve come to the conclusion that there simply aren’t enough words created or amount of pictures that could be taken to properly express what an incredible time we had! You must see it for yourself. Everything we experienced was nothing short of perfection; from the friendly, loving staff, to the ridiculously high attention to detail, to the mouthwatering food and exotic drinks, to the breathtaking landscape; it was all fabulous. My husband and I were spoiled rotten. We spent our ten days listening to the breaking waves, receiving relaxing messages, soaking in our private plunge pool, picnicking by a waterfall, bowling with new found friends, and learned about the history and lifestyle of the beautiful native people of Fiji. Even though the food was awesome, the scenic views breathtaking, and the amount of things to do numerous, nothing compares to the outstanding customer service we received from the moment we arrived to the second we had to leave. We were greeted with the staff singing a beautiful “Welcome” song in Fijian; were catered to at every whim throughout our stay, and then departed with hugs, kisses, and tears. My husband and I agree, we have never felt so loved, valued, and appreciated by a group of people in such a short amount of time in our entire lives. We will spend the rest of our lives comparing every vacation experience to our Namale one and we’re pretty sure none will ever come close to it.
