Eating seasonally has its benefits – especially during mango season! This time of year brings lush harvests of tropical mango to Namale’s farms, which supply much of the produce, herbs, and fruits to our all inclusive, farm-to-table dining concept. Used in all sorts of recipes, from mango jam to mango salsa to mango sorbet, here is one of our favorites – mango margaritas!
Make this recipe at home to bring a little tropicana to a festive holiday party, or to reminisce about warmer summers.
